Some brief write-up on my trip to Beijing.
On the day of our departure, We had dinner at Changi Airport
Burger King. We reached the airport early because we wanted
to check in early and shop inside the departure hall terminal.
I did not sleep very well during the flight to Beijing and I
was sleepy and drain out by the end of my 1st day tour.
On the whole, our first day tour was an enjoyable one ;-)
On the 2nd day of our tour, We headed to the Tian An Men Square,
Mao Zhe Dong Place, The Forbidden City and the Olympic Countdown
Clock which was situated at the central district of the China Government
office.
I enjoyed the tour at the Forbidden City. The palace was beautiful.
Everything that the Emperor used was either in Gold, Jade, Diamond
or Crystal. After dinner, we were treated to a Beijing Night Show
with song, dance and acrobatic performances.
Day 3 of the trip was a cold one. We visited the Temple Of Heaven
in the morning and after lunch we visited the Underground Tunnel
which was build during the war period.
On Day 4, we visited the Ming's Tomb, The Great Wall Of China
and after lunch we visited the Summer Palace which was nice
and cozy.
